License Agreement

Scriptzer - Digital Product Usage Agreement
 

Please read this agreement carefully. By using Scriptzer's digital products, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

This agreement is a legal agreement between Scriptzer and you, the user. This agreement governs your use of all digital products provided by Scriptzer.

License Grant:

Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, Scriptzer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the product. This license may be for personal or commercial use, depending on the product type, as clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Usage Restrictions:

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the product, in whole or in part, to any third party without the express written permission of Scriptzer.
• Bundle the product with other products for resale.
• Use the product in any way that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Scriptzer or any other third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the product's source code (if any) unless explicitly permitted by applicable law.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels from the product.
• Use the product for any illegal or unethical purpose.

Intellectual Property Rights:

The product and all related intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other rights, shall at all times remain the property of Scriptzer. This agreement grants you only a limited right to use the product, and no ownership is transferred to you.

Term and Termination:

This agreement is effective as long as you use the product. Scriptzer reserves the right to terminate this agreement without prior notice if you violate any of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the product and destroy all copies in your possession.   

Disclaimer:

The product is provided on an "as is" basis. Scriptzer makes no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, functionality, reliability, or suitability of the product for any particular purpose. Your use of the product is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability:

Under no circumstances shall Scriptzer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the product, even if Scriptzer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Scriptzer's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.   

Modifications:

Scriptzer reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time. The modified terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on Scriptzer's website. Your continued use of the product after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.   

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country's Law]. The [Your Country's Appropriate Court Name] shall have the non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising under this agreement.   

Entire Agreement:

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Scriptzer concerning the product and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous discussions and agreements.
